Light to dark blue gradients flood the stairway to the ballroom. In the ballroom where the guests reach the ocean floor, 4,000 ribbons in different lengths float and flutter like waves. The concept and design theme called ‘From Sea to Stars’ was meant to honor the new coming starred chefs from Phuket and Phang-Nga.
